Proof of purchase is required with every return
Items must be unworn and in good condition in their packaging
Items returned damaged, soiled or without their label tags and proof of purchase will not be accepted

Original labels must be attached, hygiene seals intact and seals unbroken
If the packaging has been opened, the following items will not be taken back: intimate garments, stockings, tights, socks
Habebe Couture reserves the right not to refund the items if any of the above conditions are not respected
If the item is non-refundable, we may return it to you at your expense in accordance with our returns policy
Items purchased online may be returned at our store location
You can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase*
