We want you to love your Habebe Couture purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be
returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• Original packaging and hygiene seals must remain intact, when applicable.
• Items that are worn, damaged, altered, soiled, or missing tags will not be accepted.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale items
• Handbags
• Jewelry
• Lingerie bottoms
• Hosiery, stockings, tights, and socks once packaging or hygiene seals have been opened
Eligible items purchased online may be returned at a Habebe Couture store location within the 10-day return period. Proof of purchase is required.
To start your return, please contact sales@habebecouture.com with your order number, name, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
Habebe Couture reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
Items returned that are not eligible for a refund may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
